Corporate is full of idiots who care about making money and meeting metrics and somehow demand you get perfect scores on patient surveys, which is impossible when they don’t let you have enough techs working and make you do things that irritate patients.

The RXMs for these stores were always praised during our manager calls and I would just laugh. Also CVS allows the pharmacist to have a stool. Walmart nope. Bonus at Walmart as a RXM was good.
