I have no experience with either, but was watching a video on the LCP Max the other day and the main takeaway is the weight difference. The LCP Max is only 10 ounces. That's stupid light and makes it easy for pocket carry, if that's your thing. The Beretta is twice the weight, btw. Two totally different firearms.
