I would say: softcore, quiet prayers, overly draining, first 3 for kephri, zebaks blood magic things, like all baboon things (I dont have insta death selected if you fall into hole), nothing at all for akka, ancient haste for wardens. that makes it 150-160. Personally I found these easiest to deal with.
