Warp cells were pretty easy to make before the update, but now they require antimatter and antimatter housing (and I deleted my old save so I don't have the blueprints for them). Maximizing workshops and factories is essential (don't forget space manufacturing) to ramp up production after a reset, you can change the ctrl click to build 50 or 100 in the options.
