You can enchant hats, gloves and boots. You can anoint rings, amulets and maps. There are some blight uniques like gloves. Maybe it's possible. Enchants/anoints share the same "slot", you can only have one or the other on the Blight gloves/boots. The helmet has two enchant/anoint slots though so you could have both there.Glacial Cage can help you deal with 5 way assault (portal spawn in all direction near your pipe in open space) that're all close to your pipe because it'd force enemies to take a longer path just to get to your pipe.
