This happened to me after I had a bunch of people over to play games. I'm assuming u guys had a 2nd player before this happened to you. Its not the server. So what u need to do, is turn on ur second controller, go in the menu with ur first, then select hiests with ur second controller. This fixed everything for me.What i did that worked randomly.
