Some have said that the Psych/Soc section of the MCAT has increased in difficulty over the last few years. I’m not sure what the truth is. However, I realized early on – especially after experiencing the more rigorous P/S section on AAMC FL 3 – that I needed to leverage a strategy that would set me up with three things:

Third-party books aren't really as on the nose as Khan Academy.The 300 page doc is essentially a transcription of the khan academy videos. It makes sense to have them up side-by-side, split-screen. You can quickly skim the transcript before watching a vid to see whether you know the content already, or if it’s worth a watch. Make sure you don’t just passively read through the pages though, try to categorize the terms in some way to help you retain them.
