The timers are ALWAYS off by afew seconds. I've had nothing but trouble with DBM. I do however like their use of sounds better. BigWigs has an amazing team working on it and always fixing issues. The bars are always accurate and give good warnings. @Chronalis: BigWigs has screen flash and shake as well.
