Nov 26, 2022 · OK. Sounds like you've gotten into a loop with the RBSs auto updating after you downgraded the firmware. I highly recommend updating to the most current firmware (Ver 4.6.11.1). This version will allow you to turn off the auto update feature. Here's a link to the firmware download page:

Turn OFF the 1 RBS. Select REMOVE from the RBRs web page for the "disconnected" RBS. Factory reset the RBS and place the RBS near or in same room as the RBR and re-sync it. Press the sync button on the RBS first then RBR. Keep checking the RBRs web page for sync status. Should get GOOD. View solution in original post.2022-05-07 11:51 AM.
